Rec. club kitchen
The Youth Partnership submitted a grant application to BIFFA so that we could look at the provision of ‘Youth Café’ sessions for secondary age youngsters as a safe place to meet and play with their friends, something they have asked for in the parish plan survey and meetings we have held with them.
Unfortunately this was not successful. However, we will be reviewing in September what we can do without the funding.
Cybercafe relocation
The first Cybercafe session in the new school year will be Monday 6 September.
Outdoor Bowls sessions
Congresbury Youth Partnership teamed up with Congresbury Bowls club to put some fun bowls sessions on the 2nd Monday of each month finishing on Monday 13 September from 4.30 - 5.30 pm and cost £1 each. There will be prizes to be won.
Participants must bring flat soled shoes to wear and meet at the Bowls club, which is behind the Scout Hut at Mil Leg.
