A standard letter will be sent which will include a brief description of terms, facilities, procedure for key collection, location map and request for a 10% deposit non refundable. 3. Availability of H.Q. · School Term Time - 9.30pm Friday to 5.00pm Sunday · Half Term - 9.30pm Friday to 5.00pm following Sunday week · School Holidays - On a daily, weekly or weekend basis 4. Costs · Members of Scout or Guide Movement - £2. 50p per head per night. · All other organisations - £4.00 per head per night. · Children’s Parties - £12 per session. The following are not supplied- tea towels, toilet rolls, dish clothes, bin liners and washing up liquid. You may wish to bring your own carving, bread and vegetable knives. 5. All hirers must ensure that they have their own insurance cover for both personal and public liability and accidental damage to either the building or contents. 6. Terms for Hire. a. Deposit of 10% is non refundable. b. The H.Q. building must be left in the same condition as on arrival. c. All damages and breakages must be reported and will be charged. d. Smoking is not permitted within the H.Q. building. e. Loud music must not be played after 10.30pm. f. All vehicles to be parked either on H.Q. land [inside gate] or Mill Lane. Mill Leg is not a public highway. All costs include full use of the following: · Full kitchen with two cookers · Male and female toilets and showers · Toilet for the disabled · Two side rooms · Full barbecue [provide own coals] · Central heating |
